Wash and dry the application area. Oils, moisturiser or damp skin can reduce adhesion.
Peel off the back of the tape. Avoid touching the adhesive side.
Close your mouth and relax your lips. Center the tape over your mouth and gently press down. Smooth out the ends of the tape. Hold it in place for a few seconds to help it adhere well.
Gently lift the edges of the tape with your fingers. Slowly and gently peel the tape off in the direction of hair growth to minimize discomfort. Lukewarm water can be applied to loosen the tape before removing.
Only use mouth tape when you can breathe comfortably through your nose.
