The same gentle external lift in a smaller strip. Made for narrower noses and smaller faces, where a standard-size strip overhangs the edges and lifts away. If the regular strip has never quite sat right, this is the one to try. Silk-like acetate fabric in white camo, or a see-through polyethylene film in clear, both with a skin-safe Henkel adhesive.
Why people use it
- A smaller strip for narrower noses and smaller faces, where the standard size overhangs
- The same gentle external lift to support easier airflow through the nasal passages
- Soft white camo fabric or a discreet clear film, with a skin-safe adhesive, for sleep, sport and everyday wear
- Drug-free and non-medicated, made for regular, everyday wear
Why strips come off, and how ours stay on
Skincare goes on after, not before
Night cream, serum or oil under a strip is the most common reason one lifts overnight. Put the strip on a clean, dry nose first, then press it for 30 seconds from the middle out.
Made for narrower noses
On a narrow nose, a standard strip overhangs the sides and the ends peel away first. Mini is 48 × 18 mm against the standard 60 × 22 mm, so the ends sit on the nose instead of past it.
Skin-safe Henkel adhesive
A skin-safe Henkel adhesive on a soft, silk-like acetate fabric (White Camo) or a see-through polyethylene film (Clear), with PET bridges that gently spring the sides of the nose open.
How to make it stick
- 1Wash the nose and dry it completely. Damp skin won't hold.
- 2Apply the strip before night cream, serum, sunscreen or facial oil, never after. Skincare under the strip is the most common reason one lifts overnight.
- 3Peel off the backing without touching the adhesive, then centre the strip across the bridge of your nose with each end on the soft flare of the nostril. A mirror helps.
- 4Press and hold for 30 seconds, from the middle out to the ends, so the adhesive warms and bonds.
Taking it off
- Loosen it with warm water first, or take it off in the shower.
- Peel slowly from each end towards the middle, keeping it close to the skin.
- Any leftover residue lifts with micellar water or a little facial oil.
- Each strip is single-use. If your nose feels tender, give it a night off.

Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from the standard nasal strip?
- Size only. Each Mini is made like its standard-size match (silk-like acetate for White Camo, clear polyethylene film for Clear) and gives the same external lift, at 48 × 18 mm instead of 60 × 22 mm. Nothing about how it works changes — it simply fits a narrower nose without the ends overhanging.
- Which size should I choose?
- If a standard nasal strip sits comfortably for you, stay with it. Choose Mini if standard strips feel too long across the bridge of your nose, overhang the edges, or lift away at the ends during the night.
- What is the difference between White Camo and Clear?
- Only the finish. White Camo is a soft, silk-like acetate fabric. Clear is a thin, see-through polyethylene film that is harder to spot, for discreet daytime or social wear. Both are the Mini size and give the same lift.
- Why does my strip come off during the night?
- Almost always because of what's on the skin. Apply to a clean, completely dry nose, and put the strip on before any night cream, sunscreen or oil rather than after. Then press it down for 30 seconds from the middle outward so the adhesive bonds.
- My nose doesn't feel blocked. Will a strip still help?
- It can. Most people's noses run a nasal cycle: every few hours one side swells slightly and does less of the work, then the sides swap, so one side is usually partly closed even when you feel fine. A strip lifts the outside of the nose to support easier airflow through both sides. If breathing through your nose already feels completely open, day and night, you may notice less of a difference.
- Can I wear them during exercise?
- Yes. Like the standard strips they are made for sleep, sport and everyday wear.
- How long does one pack last?
- Each pack contains 30 strips, so one pack lasts about a month if used nightly.
