What started as two old school friends reconnecting in the UK eventually became the foundation of something much bigger.
While living together in Manchester, we both had very different nighttime routines — but for surprisingly similar reasons. One of us had been using mouth tape for years to help reduce teeth grinding and improve sleep quality, while the other relied on nasal strips for better airflow during congestion, allergy season, and training recovery.
Out of curiosity, we started trying each other's products and quickly realised something: the benefits were real, but the products themselves often weren't.
Most of what we found online was generic, cheaply made, and flooded with inconsistent reviews. It became frustrating trying to find products you could actually trust — especially when these are products people use every single night.
At the time, we both knew we'd eventually be returning to South Africa after our stay in the UK. During a trip back home, we searched for quality nasal strips and mouth tape locally, only to realise the same problem existed here too: very few premium options, and almost no brands focused on quality, comfort, and confidence.
That was the moment the idea truly started.
We became obsessed with learning everything we could — from the science behind nasal breathing and sleep quality to how different materials, adhesives, and designs actually affect performance and comfort. We spent months researching, testing, comparing, and sourcing products that met the standard we believed people deserved.
We deliberately avoided the quick, cheap, mass-produced route. Instead, we focused on creating products that we genuinely wanted to use ourselves — products designed to help people sleep better, breathe easier, recover well, and feel their best.
Today, that same mindset still drives us. We're committed to continuously improving and expanding our range to meet different needs, because we know that no two people sleep, breathe, or recover the same way.
What began as two roommates sharing products in Manchester has grown into a brand built around quality, trust, and everyday wellness.
And we're only getting started.
